These are not fitness packages in the usual sense.

Each level reflects a different depth of professional guidance, structure and attention around your body, your goals and your lifestyle.

Every level is guided with the same expert attention. The difference is not better or lesser care - it is how closely the process is built around you.

You do not need to choose the perfect level on your own. The assessment gives Margarita the context to recommend the support your body needs now.

Every program begins with understanding your starting point - then building the training direction around you.

Your Assessment Becomes Part of the Process

The Body Intelligence Assessment is a dedicated professional service designed to provide a deeper understanding of how your body currently functions.

During the assessment, Margarita evaluates posture, movement quality, breathing patterns, mobility, balance, coordination, gait mechanics, and potential movement compensations that may influence your training experience.

The goal is not to identify weaknesses. The goal is to understand how your body currently operates, establish an appropriate starting point, and create a more personalized training strategy.

If you decide to continue with personal training, the information gathered during your assessment becomes part of your individualized training process and helps guide future programming, exercise selection, and progress planning.

If you begin a 4-week support program within 7 days after the assessment, the $197 assessment fee is applied toward the selected program.

Program Terms

Personal Onboarding, Clear Expectations

These terms protect appointment quality, scheduling and the consistency needed for thoughtful client support.

After Margarita reviews your application and assessment, she recommends the appropriate support level. Final program details are confirmed directly during onboarding. Each 4-week program is active for 30 days from activation. Ongoing support is handled personally with Margarita during the active program.

Sessions and assessments take place in a professional shared training environment. Margarita's guidance remains personal, attentive and appointment-based.

Foundation includes 1 protected same-day cancellation pass. Precision includes 1 protected same-day cancellation pass. Signature Intensive includes 2 protected same-day cancellation passes.

Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full appointment rate or counted as a used session within an active program. See .

After protected passes are used, additional same-day cancellations count as completed appointments.

Additional in-person training appointments may be available for active clients when they support the current plan.

$200 per appointment

If you consistently need more weekly support, Margarita may recommend moving into the program level that better matches your body, goals and schedule.
