Before you begin

This application does not require payment or confirm enrollment. After your complimentary Initial Consultation Call, you and Margarita will choose a suitable time for your in-person Body Intelligence Assessment.

The Body Intelligence Assessment fee is $197. If you begin a 4-week support program within 7 days after the assessment, the $197 is applied toward your selected program.

This confidential intake helps Margarita better understand your goals, training experience, body history, lifestyle, recovery, current limitations and the type of support you may need.

The purpose is to understand your starting point clearly enough to make the next recommendation thoughtful, specific and appropriate for your body.

This is not a medical diagnosis, medical consultation, or treatment plan. The information you provide allows Margarita to evaluate whether her services are appropriate for you, how to approach your training responsibly, and whether medical clearance may be recommended before beginning physical training.
