Margarita is a certified international fitness expert with 17+ years of experience in movement quality, strength training, corrective fitness and nutrition direction.

Her ACE, FPA and EREPS credentials support the professional standard behind her work, while her method has been shaped through hands-on coaching with real clients, real movement and real bodies.

Her work combines deep professional education, practical experience and rare human attentiveness. Clients come to Margarita when they need more than motivation. They need an expert who can understand their body, explain what is happening and build a personalized strategy for long-term strength, confidence and better movement.
