MS Fitness & Health / Margarita Severnaia respects client privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through this website, the assessment application, scheduling tools and direct communications.
Information We Collect
Information may include name, email, phone number, date of birth or age if provided, body and fitness context, goals, training history, discomfort, pain, injury or limitation information shared by the client, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle context, scheduling preferences, application answers and basic technical website information such as device, browser or server logs where applicable.
How We Use Information
- To review the confidential application.
- To understand the client’s goals, body context and starting point.
- To prepare for the Initial Consultation Call.
- To help determine whether the in-person Body Intelligence Assessment is the appropriate next step.
- To prepare Margarita’s internal trainer review email and PDF.
- To communicate about scheduling and services.
- To maintain basic business records.
Application / Intake Information
The application does not require payment and does not confirm enrollment. It is reviewed by Margarita / MS Fitness & Health and is used for fitness coaching context and training-readiness review, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Trainer Email + PDF
Submitted application information may be organized into an internal trainer email and PDF report for Margarita’s preparation and review. The client does not automatically receive the full questionnaire copy or trainer PDF.
Third-Party Services
The website may use Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, Calendly for scheduling, Resend or another email service provider for email delivery and Instagram as an external social platform when visitors choose to click Instagram links.
Analytics and Advertising Technologies
MS Fitness & Health may use analytics and advertising technologies, including Meta Pixel, to understand website activity, measure advertising performance and improve marketing. These tools may collect information such as page views, device/browser data and interactions with the website. We do not intentionally send health questionnaire answers or sensitive application responses to advertising platforms.
Information Sharing
Information is not sold. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, scheduling, email delivery or business communication, or disclosed if required by law.
Data Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for application review, client communication, business records, legal, safety or administrative purposes.
