Margarita does not use or recommend drug-based, hormonal or performance-enhancing shortcuts. Her role is to guide the training process, movement quality, nutrition habits and progression within the scope of fitness coaching.

Any prescribed medication or medical treatment remains between the client and their healthcare provider.

That fear is respected. Margarita begins with assessment, not intensity, so training can start from your current capacity and progress with more intelligence.

Margarita can account for your history, movement limitations and comfort level when building your starting strategy. This coaching does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or physical therapy. If you have active pain, recent injury or medical restrictions, you should follow your licensed healthcare provider's guidance.

No. You do not need to prepare your body before it can be understood. The assessment helps define the right starting point.

Past inconsistency does not mean your body failed. Often the missing piece is structure, correction, accountability and a method that fits the person instead of forcing the person into a generic plan.

That is a common reason women seek Margarita's work. The method is designed for bodies that need more observation, correction and precision than a standard workout can provide.

You do not have to decide alone. Margarita uses the assessment and application to recommend the level of frequency, support, correction and accountability that best fits your body and goals.

Margarita reviews your goals, training history, current challenges, posture, movement quality, limitations, lifestyle and priorities. The goal is to understand your starting point and recommend a smarter path forward.

Sessions and assessments take place in a professional shared training environment. Margarita's guidance remains personal, attentive and appointment-based.
